Posible Solutions

On the basis of the analyzed states and needs based on own researching in the local community, UNDP by this report about human development of youth, researching of other organizations and institutions, information about state and number of an unemployed people, and by experience of other organizations and agencies, the idea of forming initiatives that will work on identification of youth problems in the community and on the citizens conscious developing, volunteers activity larger number of youth and assistance in developing (informing, training and consultation) and greater influence on solving the problems in community, has been made. The initiative is independent, organized and supported by the other NGOs, international institutions, local organizations and institutions, students and youth groups, and it will work like the democratic, educational, informational and media space for youth, NGO sector, entrepreneurs and citizenship, and like a group for pressure toward the governmental structures and public, recommending the educational reform, youth and citizens rights, also. The initiative is an educational/informational/developed institution for youth and citizenship, and made for work with activities of the youth organizations, scholars and students, personnel for work in media and teaching staff. It has a function of the informational and educational point for other organizations, institutions, and citizenship in the local and regional community with possibilities of active involving and greater part in the process of the civil society development, local programs and international organizations and institutions. By reestablishing of this initiative possibilities for co-ordination and NGO youth are opened. It gives support to youth volunteerism, a possibility of opening new initiatives in other countries (towns), support to the democratic development and greater respecting of human rights and freedom, to youth policy development, raising the conscious about the meaning of the environment protection. The will be stimulated to associate, to develop their jobs and strengthen the society by their activities and informing the citizens. However, young people and citizens need a new admissions and methodologies of work, an introducing a new educational, business and ethics standards, relationship and a cultural progress, developing of trust and tolerance. The necessity is introducing of the national standards for civic and government how the would complete relation of the governmental, nongovernmental and profitable sector get completely new dimension, where the similar or the same advancement interests, that will bring the relation advancement to the business and political strategies in modern conditions of education, economic conditions and of the work and development notice, and where would the conditions of an independent system of decisions all the citizens in the local and regional community be created. Need for citizens associations is unavoidance and citizens must be induced to unite themselves to develop organization and make stronger the civil society by their activities and informing. Through round tables, public discussions, informing and consulting, production of the data base, presentation, development of cooperation and communication, informal education and exchange, initiative will offer them the directions how they can carry that out, and how to organise sustinable development in the future.
