Who We AreMilenijum NGO is a local, youth, nongovernmental, apolitical, unprofitable and independent volunteering organization based in September 1999. in Srbac municipality.Aktivists and memebers of NGO Milenijum are young people from Banjaluka region - small rural municipalities Srbac, Gradiska, Dubica, Kostajnica, etc. in northern part of Republic of Srpska/Bosnia and Herzegovina/on the border with Republic of Croatia.Our mission is development of educational institutions capacity, youth and student groups capacity organisations and citizenship in local and regional community and their active participation in development of society, respecting the UN universal decleration of human rigthts, European convention of human rights and European convention of youth participation in LIFE of local and regional community. The main principles that we have leading are humanity, solidarity, justice and security. Through our own programs and projects, and programs of other organizations and institutions, we help reform in areas of development of education, employment, health and environmental protection. This is our way for poverty reduction, anti-corruption combat and quicker and qualitative civil society development. NGO Milenijum has 30 members, 7 of that are active volunteers.
