Active participation in work of Helsinki Citizens Assembly Youth Network in BiH (HCA). Participation in over 10 training workshops of HCA in BiH and support in organizing seminars `Youth and Politics in BiH` where were 30 participants from BiH, Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and Croatia (participation in the work of the coordinating Committee of HCA youth net in BiH until the end of 2003). The participation at the project V.O.D.A in organization of Care International and O.S.C.E. Croatia, for youth NGOs from BiH and Croatia. The pilot project, "Local government and youth", which anticipated initiation for the organization of pilot project of ‘Local Youth Council Srbac’ - initiation with three more civil associations from Srbac (Feniks, Green Vrbas and Mountain association). Realization of the training seminar of strategic planning development, organisational management and project management for 20 participants of the pilot project "Local Youth Council Srbac", as well as training seminar for 30 participants in organization with other NGOs and youth organisations in BiH. The document production about situation and position of the youth in Srbac municipality, presentation and adoption of same document in parliament in Srbac in 2003. During the period between 2001. and 2003. with assistance from Small Grants Programs of the World Bank, Program for Youth of SOROS Open Society Foundation and International Rescue Committe, the project ’Center for education and human development’ had been realized. The realization of three round tables on the subject ’Active Youth - Active Society’ for youth organizations and groups in local society, as well as three round tables on the subject introduction and conducting with the work in the third sector. Debates were organized with High School students on the subject ‘Working time and quality in youth objects in town work and its influence on youth-alternative"? Contents? Preventive? There were series debates after that on various youth subjects (students and professors are bearers of their activities). Expecting results were fulfilled. Realization of the public platform ‘Local Government and Youth’ which had leaders of the local institutions (secondary school centre "Petar Kocic" Srbac, Social work centre, local citizens University "Ugljesa Kojadinovic"), local authorities (chiefs of local administration department) and chiefs of a police department. On the other side, beside participation of 50 young people from Srbac (local community), numbers of young workers and volunteers from whole BiH also guests from Slovenia, Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), Croatia and even Japan as well, took part at the public platform, more then 300 participants in total. The subject on the platform was the work of local autonomy authorities, their relation and cooperation with youth. Problems of braking the basic human rights and freedom with youth, criminal and corruption, ignorant personnel poverty, unemployment, non-existing of develop projects, strategic ways of city development and municipality were realized. The main aim of the platform was to include as much citizens as it is possible in a civil involment. In cooperation with the Centre for social work a general researching on the subject "Asocial manners of youth and their prevention" were carried out. Researching was carried out in 5 local municipalities (Srbac, Gradiska, Laktasi, Kostajnica and Dubica). When this research was finished, we got very bad concern about society and youth. Researching is exposed in media where invited to move new programs and to give bigger contribution for these primary problems of societies to be solved. In carrying our activities out except our own researching we use reports of other organizations and institutions (the government of Republika Srpska, UNDP, COE, IBHI, World Bank, etc).

Series debates with government institutions contributed to Youth Council of Republika Srpska to be formed. During the period from 2002 to 2003 NGO Milenijum gave a great contribution to development of personnel and assistance in organizing some youth meetings in Republika Srpska (RS). Even today our members are actively involved in the work of NGO and they strenghten capacities of National Youth Council RS in that way. Participation in European youth campaign against racism, xenophobia, antisemitism and intolerance. In local and regional community eight workshops have been organized. Participation at the seminar `Youth for tolerance", organized by Austrian Federal Youth Council, in Vienna in April 2000, that had 40 participants from 12 European countries.

Informal work with elementary school pupils and volunteers in the local community continued. In cooperation with The Department for youth and sport, Council of Europe, Strasbourg long lasting "Democratic Leadership Programme“ - Youth work in BiH in 2001 and 2002 and “Cooperation and partnership with authorities” in 2002 were organized. Active memebers of NGO Milenijum also took part in the work training seminar of Council of Europe in European Youth Center in Budapest - “Partnership and cooperation” 2002 and "Human rights education with young people” 2003. In cooperation with OSCE mission in BiH and the Department for youth and sport of Council of Europe Strasbourg the conference “Youth policy development from local to state level” was organised in 2003. Active members of NGO Milenijum also achieved lot experiences in the work with E.P.A. Volunteers of NGO Milenijum participate in organisation of EX-Yu Rock Fest, Bugojno 2004, in cooperation with independent artists youth NGO "Geto" Banjaluka. Also, during MTV Campaign against human traficking on the EXIT Fest , Novi Sad, 2004. More on http://www.exitfest.org

Also, with support from European Youth Foundation of Council of Europe through Youth for Europe initiative, NGO Milenijum organized the pilot program ”For you and me for Europe”, human rights education with young people in Republika Srpska, 2003. The program was organized in cooperation with the local autonomy in Srbac municipality, Secretariat for sport and youth in the Government of Republika Srpska and the organization ”Youth reserachers Banja Luka” http://www.mibl.org

Expecting results were mostly fulfilled and indicators imply positive course. In last two years local goverment of Srbac municipality was established AGENCY FOR LOCAL INITIATIVES, APIS http://www.apis.rs.baThen, local government start with NEW TOURIST AGENCY. Local development plan (LAP), through EU LIFE LICENCE PROJECT for third country was adopted.

The promotion of work of the organization realized in a local media (radio Srbac and GLS local TV station), through organizing concerts and exhibitions of photographs. It could also be mentioned numbers of show programs on local and public television (national RTRS, ATV) as well as in daily newspapers (Glas Srpske, Nezavisne novine).
